Return Policy

We test our products thoroughly, and returns are very rare. However sometimes needs and project specifications can change without warning, which is why we offer our return policy. If you are not satisfied with your ActuatorZone order you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product.

There may be a 25% restocking fee for refunds only, and shipping charges will apply to cover our original shipping costs. In the case of defect or error on the part of ActuatorZone the restocking fee and return shipping fee will not be applied. We cannot refund or exchange product that has been used, modified, or damaged by end-user activity. To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at 1-800-676-6123 or at [email protected] to receive your RMA number.
  • The RMA invoice will be emailed to you with shipping instructions. We offer discounted return labels as well.
  • Please include a copy of the RMA invoice inside your package.
  • Ship your package back to us.
  • Once we get the package back we will process the refund or repairs. For exchanges one of our customer service reps will contact you to arrange a new order.

It is important to contact us beforehand, since products shipped back without an RMA number identifying them may be lost or mis-categorized within our warehouse, which will in turn cause delays for refunds and exchanges.

Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable due to their specific nature. If you are placing a bulk order for customized product we recommend that you first order sample units to ensure that they are appropriate for your application.
