Return Policy

ActuatorZone has the highest QC standards during the production and post production stages.  Our products are tested thoroughly before shipping.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy.

Time period

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.  A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product isn’t used, modified or damaged

RMA steps

Please follow the steps to complete a return:

  1. Call us at 1-800-676-6123 or email at [email protected] to obtain RMA number.
  2. Please include RMA number outside the box or RMA invoice inside the package
  3. Ship your package back to us.
  4. Once we receive the package we will process refund or repairs. For exchanges our customer service representative will contact you to arrange a new order.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us and to make sure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.  You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to ActuatorZone.

In the case of a defect or error on our part the return shipping fee will be waived.

Restocking fees

A 5% restocking fee may be applied to refunds only.  In the case of a defect or error on our part the restocking fee will be waived.

Exceptions

We do not take returns or exchanges on custom orders.  We will not refund or exchange a product that has been modified, used or damaged.
